How to be a DAZZ Group’s MASTER FRANCHISEE?
The DAZZ Group has a very specific and defined process of bringing a new franchisee on Board, to ensure the best outcome for all the parties involved. We believe that it is very important that you understand our business and recognize not only the amount of work involved but also the rewards to be reaped from building a new franchisee.
Before signing on as a MASTER FRANCHISEE, we have a number of meetings to relay business information and to give you an opportunity to air any questions or concerns you may have. For strategic reasons, we will also identify and discuss the Franchise area that you are considering.
Once your Master Franchise is finalized and approved, the final documents will be drawn up, and once signed, your training will commence prior to your office opening. We pay special emphasis on imparting the right blend of traditions & innovative techniques during the Franchise Training Programme, which is a must for every new Franchisee.
